Hello Goddesses! I believe that some of your best transformational work will be done in your soul-o time because you can be free from distractions and fully succumb to your vulnerabilities. I have found true value in everything that I suggest below and once you connect with the fact that you deserve healing, you’ll see the value as well.

Call in the highest version of yourself.

  • Week 1: Check-in & Emotional Unpacking

    At some point over the next week, please journal around how you feel towards those affirmations. Feel through them, I want them to truly mean something unique to each of you. They’re my words but they will resonate with everyone differently.

    Bonus Soul Work: Find a quiet and private space where you feel comfortable and free from distractions

    Dom’s suggestion: if you aren't using it turn your phone off, on silent or leave it in another room

    You may choose to do a writing dump in the provided journal/notebook, a journal you already have, or an audio recorded dump

    • Let it ALL out. Use what came up for you at our first session to write/say things that you think are “wrong” with you. Go until you’re empty.

    • You may cry during this time but remember that crying is very cathartic. However, take your time and take breaks when/if you need them.

    Close the journal without reading what was written/exit the audio without playing it back.

  • Week 2: Manifest YOU

    Week 2 Soul Work (choose your own adventure, whatever calls out to you):

    1. Visualization of Highest-Self - Believe, See, Be

    • Believe in who you are and who you will be

    • See it in your mind’s eye- down to the most minute detail

    • Be that powerful woman- start making moves and embodying her because you ARE her

    Visualize the new building you are constructing aka your highest self.

    • What qualities does this new version have?

    • Who are you and what are you doing as this person?

    • What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?

    • Think of someone who you admire: what qualities and characteristics do they have that you feel drawn and connected to? How are you similar to them?

    2. What is your personal mission statement?

    - companies come up with ethos and mission statements that drive them and keep them aligned with who they intend to be. I believe we should do the same as conscious and aware beings. For example: "I strive to show up for myself and set forth personal boundaries that are in alignment with my best self. My purpose is to be Love, and spread my high vibrational gifts to others."

    3. Explore some "house rules", the house in this case is you/your body. Make this a ritual of fierce boundary setting. Go to a place in your home that feels sanctimonious for you if you can. Write a testimony of who you’re becoming :)

  • Week 4: Shine a Light on Your Shadow

    During our session we discussed shadow work and how at times we allow our shadow to manifest undesirable things in our life. In the below exercise we will explore creating another story for ourselves that our shadow can be aware of because some of the stories that we’ve created are counterproductive. For example:

    Current story: I don’t deserve a loving partner so I will create dramatic situations in my relationship to create issues

    New story: I am having issues being aware of my worth but I will be aware of it and focus on not projecting that onto my partner

Be all that you’ve imagined yourself to be.

  • Week 5: Self-Partnership is Queen

    Cheers to week 5! Wow I genuinely can’t believe it’s been 5 weeks already. I’ve been so blessed to be your guide thus far and I’m completely filled with gratitude for each of you.

    This week you will do a few things as your soul work:

    1. Dive into EFT Tapping with Gala Darling:

    Loving Being Single

    2. Visualize your next partner in detail (if you’re currently in partnership with someone please use this as a visualization to improve your current relationship):

    Below is a list of helpful guidelines but use what feels right for you!

    * • Physical – what physical characteristics do they have?

    * • Spiritual – what do they believe? What do they stand for? Do you share any spiritual activities?

    * • Behavioral – How do they treat you? How do they treat others? How do they treat THEMSELVES?

    * • Material – How much money do they make? Where do they live and in what kind of home? What do they drive?

    * Emotional - How do they communicate with you? How do they manage conflict with you? Are they patient? Compassionate? What does that look like?

  • Week 6: Heartbroken to Heartbreakthrough
